    Food was fine but the service is awful. Was waiting 5 minutes for sauce and even then i had to ask for help they are very inattentive

    Service was very friendly and efficient. But the food was not good. It is hard to explain, but it doesn't really feel or taste exactly like real food...it has a sensation like you're eating soft or fluffy cardboard or plastic. That is not the worker's fault, I think it must be the ingredients. If you're hungry, it'll do the job. The more expensive items probably taste better, but I cheaply bought items off the special menu. I regret eating there. I probably wouldn't again unless in a jam.

    The reason it is the largest restaurant chain is because it's great. Still the best fries anywhere period.
