I ordered one drink and it was really bad (a matcha drink) and when I asked if there was any way to swap it for something else they were very nice about it and got me something better ASAP. I am here all the time and definitely won’t stop coming!

Reem was very kind and helpful in assisting me with my needs and re-educated me on how to manage my account. She also assisted me in redeeming my points before the expire. Thank you again Reem!!

Thank you for consistently serving the Alpine community with the excellence in service & quality product. Kudos to your management team for leading a good crew of Baristas, always welcoming & very efficient. My rewards accounts only grows because of Starbucks in Alpine, Ca.
