(June 25, 2022, 1:54 am)I heard that Prime Steak House was opening soon in the Bonita area in a Facebook Chula Vista food group. My wife and I headed to their location on a late Friday afternoon. We decided to order a 12oz New York strip steak for me and Chicken Parmesan for my wife plus a couple of drinks. Our server was very friendly and attentive to our needs and our food came out more or less in the time you would expect anywhere else. My steak was perfect, juicy and flavorful just the way I like it while my wife chicken was tender and delicious as she describes it. Prices were fair in my opinion. One suggestion: Add desserts to the menu. We appreciate your outdoor dinning option. We will be back when in the area.
