    The place offers a nice range of fresh food. I like eating here. Employees are always nice, rates are fair and the place is always well organised.

    While staying at Casa del Zorro in Borrego Springs we had dinner at the Fox Bistro. Delicious drinks prepared by Jerry, the bartender started us off. I had the wedge salad, one of the best I’ve eaten. Lots of bacon, blue cheese and drizzle of balsamic vinegar on top of the dressing. The Chilean sea bass was moist, firm and impressively presented atop expertly done risotto with a citrus sauce complimenting the dish. A bottle of Napa Valley Rutherford Vintners Cab paired well even with fish. Given the heavy rain and flood warnings today, they were prepared to handle the crowd of visitors and locals that visited this evening. Thank you!

    I go to this lovely spot from time to time! This is the best place to eat. I visit this place many times. The meals are of high quality, the staff members are helpful and the prices are good. I enjoy eating in this place for a decent lunch.

    ?? Suave spot with a very cozy ambiance
    ?? Courteous server and receptive to any alterations to menu items
    ?? Modified the Quesadilla for for a vegetarian pallette and was left yearning for a repeat
    ?? Definitely worth visiting if in Borrego springs
    ?? Part of La Casa del Zorro, which in itself is a beautiful resort
