Five Guys

Love the consistency of Five Guys. I can go in my local store in Cincinnati and like now on the other coast and the food is exactly the same. Cashier was friendly and the cooks looked like they genuinely cared about the food they were serving.

Nicest staff. Just went in to get a drink and the staff asked about my day and how I like Cali (just moved here.) I didn’t get any food but my kids have eaten there and they said the food is fantastic.
Good Customer Service is very important to me. Their staff put me in the best mood-so friendly.

The burgers are better than average and you pay for that upgrade. The fries are the real stars of this chain. A "little" cheese burger (single), small fries and a regular drink will run you nearly fifteen bucks. For me, the value for quality doesn't quite make the cut for more than once or twice a year treat.

This location is hit or miss, but usually pretty decent. The burger they whip up isn't as good as what I've had from Five Guys on the east coast, so it's not worth the price IMO. The fries are awesome when they get them right, so I don't mind paying extra for that, but last time they were underdone. I'll ask them to leave them in the fryer a little longer next time.
