Canyons Restaurant

We were seated outdoors on a beautiful spring day. The chef salad was very very good. The three of us were all celebrating our birthdays this week and the birthday treats were extraordinarily nice and delicious. The service was wonderful.

Very nice views wonderful place for lunch looks to be a nice golf course didn't get a chance to play though.

The burgers were pretty good, good helping of french fries. What really made this place special was the waitress, she was super attentive, even as busy as it was, very friendly, super pleasant, just great service. I cannot remember her name but she was short, long dark brown hair, early 20's. We were there around 4 pm.

Interesting location with very good views. The food was very good and service as well. It can get pricy.

Spectacular venue to host a working Sunday brunch. Prices are very reasonable especially when you consider the extensive assortments of meats, fresh fruits and vegetables, pastries, prepared dishes and excellent omelet bar available.
Obviously, being perched high above the greens and fairways of The Crossings at Carlsbad signature golf course makes this experience all the more relaxing and enjoyable.
