Gregorio's Restaurant

Wonderful food! This is a place we wouldn't miss coming to when we are in the area. Their chicken cream soup is amazing, their homemade chips are melt in your mouth delish! And that is just the beginning! Everything we've had there has been worth coming back for again! Everyone is friendly and helpful there as well.

A++ for Gregorios! The best italian food in Carlsbad! Their Eggplat Parmigiana is the best I've ever had! They handmade their raviolis and they have the best vodka sauce you've ever tried! The vodka dish is called Pasta DeCabia. Try it! I added shrimp and it was fantastic! We sat on the beautiful covered patio, highly recommended this great restaurant!

We ate at Gregorio's last night and had the best experience. The atmosphere, service and food was just perfection. We ordered the antipasto salad, shrimp cocktail, chicken fingers & (homemade) chips for our son, the tortellini with sausage and the pasta de cavia dishes. All delicious. You can't go wrong here. Thank you, Gregorio's!

Service was slow, but the drink was super strong and made up for the wait a little bit. Pastas were very filling but lacked flavor over all unfortunately, were on the blander side of things. Most likely will not return even though it seems to draw in a bunch of regulars, pretty sure it’s the booze though :)

It's like Cheers or Friends, going home to those you love. Gregorio's is our go to place for fun, drinks, and good food with the family ????❤❤????????????????????
