This was the best Dave and Busters I've ever been to bigger and alot more games that I've never seen. Whole family had a blast. I was very happy with my chicken and waffles at D&Bs but the gaming made up for it.
We had my sons 10yh birthday party here. Him and his friends had a great time. The games are in good condition and using the players card is easy, although the games cost a lot to play. You can burn through $50 in credits pretty quickly. The food was good, although it took a long time to get it. Granted... the restaurant was busy at the time. It's a fun place to spend a rainy day, but plan on spending a lot on both food and games.
I’ve been going to D&Bs ever since I turned 21, for the drinking of course, and not this d&bs but many others. I was glad one came to Carlsbad. We stopped in here before eating dinner so we can grab some drinks- they have half of Thursday’s. All the d&bs are the same. The food is at most a 3, drinks have good deals and the games are always fun when you’re drunk. Cool place for adults and I guess kids too.
There's a line but you can request bar area and a party of about 4 are good to sit there at the high tables. Server was great , she was very funny and friendly, great vibes from her. Food was so good. Maybe 10 minute wait for the food so not bad at all. Plenty of selections on the menu . And omg the desserts!! Definitely try one!
I was initially annoyed after we sat here for 15 minutes with no one coming over to take our order. Then I discovered that while part of the restaurant was "seat yourself", this part was not. I motioned to a waitress and she got us some menus and took our order. My son ordered a full rack of baby back ribs which came with those tiny fried onion rings. I ordered the steak & shrimp with pasta. I think my entree cost $31.99 but it came with a free $20 game card to use in the game room. Not a bad deal. Our food was very good. We also had a steak nachos for appetizer which was delicious. For dessert we had a Sundae Tower which to me looked like something from Steven Kings Dark Tower movie. This too was delicious. Overall a nice meal and we had fun in the game room playing air hockey, driving games etc. There are lots of TVs here if you want to watch a game.
