Texas de Brazil

Food was great as well as service, however the restaurant is too crowded, too many tables close to one another. I constantly had to move my chair for people trying to slide by so they could get to their own table. It definitely has a different dynamic compared to other Brazilian Steakhouses.

I've been to a handful of Brazilian Steakhouses and Texas de Brazil is a nice restaurant located in Carlsbad Mall. I visited on their opening day and I will say that they pride themselves with service.

When I walked in we were quickly seated at our table. The room temperature was a bit uncomfortable as it was a bit chilly. The server told me they needed it cold due to the salad bar. It later warmed up.

Green means SERVE ME
Red means STOP!

There were times that I had it on RED but the servers still came by as I politely said no not right now.

Randy was our dedicated server and he was very nice and polite and props to the bus staff was also pleasant and polite. He told us that they went to training and the little things I recognized and complimented him on was taught during this class.

My favorite cut was the rib eye and filet. I also enjoyed the sausage however one serving of it was a bit burnt and dry that the server who came around actually apologized because he noticed earlier but didn't say anything. The salad bar is also great. I loved the roasted garlic and chimichurri sauce.

Overall, if you want the meat sweats come on by.

The food is absolutely amazing! Every item brought out is perfectly tender and tastes fantastic. Our server, Randy, was outstanding and always available when we needed him. Couldn't ask for a better dining experience.

Admittedly we were a little hesitant to go because of the price but soon realized it very much worth it. The service is a step above and the entire staff took the time to make sure we were well taken care of and just make you feel at home. Even though the place was super busy we never felt rushed and got to take our time experiencing all the top quality meats served up table side(all you can eat) as well as the delicious assortment of hot and cold buffet style items. The General Manager Gustavo took the time to chat with us and gave us a little history on Brazilian culture. Props to Gustavo and his staff, skip the traditional steakhouse and give this place a shot, you won't be sorry.

Went and had dinner tonight at this place. Service was amazing. The meat was delicious and not to mention all you can eat. I so impressed with the flavors of the different meats. I wasnt expecting the food to be so mouthwatering. This is definitely a must try place
