(September 10, 2022, 7:17 am)Delicious is an understatement. This place is a hidden gem. We stumbled upon it and decided to try the eggplant parmesan and angel hair pasta. The portions were generous and the price was reasonable. The food was so tasty. We'll definitely be back!!

(August 24, 2022, 3:37 am)We ordered the Artisan Pizza and the carbonara pasta. The portion was generous and the flavor was spot on. Felt as if I was eating authentic Italian food right here in Carlsbad. A must try cucina!

(July 14, 2022, 3:17 am)I've now been to La Cucina twice and can't wait for a third. Everything I have had there has been fabulous! I get the Italian Wedding Soup every time! The eggplant parmigiana is also great as is their salad!
Plus the service has been impeccable each time I've been. Walk in and you're greeted with a big smile. I highly recommend this place! -

I haven’t had this amazing of service, food, time of service, customer service, and cleanliness of restaurant in a long time. These gentlemen know how to make a slap on the knee eggplant parm! Jesse, Uriel, and Rafael are people you NEED to meet! They’re genuine people who deserve nothing but success. Hands down a place to watch out for, they’re going to go far! -
