Mikko Sushi

We showed up for the dinner rush on a Friday night during Covid. We were seated in a reasonable time, but it was evident that the servers were busy. It took a few minutes to be greeted, but once contact was made, service was stellar! The serving staff worked as a food team. On server came and got our drink orders. A minute later, another came for our food order. Then we were non-intrusively checked on by several members of the serving staff throughout the evening as out drinks and food came perfectly. Despite all the different faces, there was no confusion or perceivable mistakes. I watched other tables as well, and everyone got what they ordered in a timely manner. I was very impressed. And the food was delicious!

Local business with awesome recipes and fresh ingredients. Consistently friendly service. They care about me and I care to support them. Excellent value !

We were celebrating our 4th anniversary and decided to celebrate at Mikko Sushi. From the moment I called and until the moment we left it was all wonderful!

The host was attentive, and our server was catering and alert to our needs.
We asked for something peculiar, and despite being informed that it might not be possible, they made it possible. I'll share an image with you.

I highly recommend any Mikko Sushi location. I've been to the one in Vista too, and they are both just as excellent.
It's our favorite place to go.

I give this restaurant a BIG 5 star review. My family and I have been coming in for years. Even though there is new management their food is still just as pleasurable as before and even more refreshing as well as the environment. It has that modern but earthy accent and that’s one of my favorite things. As soon as we walked in the hosts welcomed us with a warm greeting & it being as busy as it was, we were seated within a couple of minutes. The service is great, the food is served hot, and the fish is so fresh, it just melts in your mouth. The sushi chefs also went the extra mile in pleasing our appetites. We asked them to make a special dish called the shrimp boat & they did amazing, it was exactly what was expected. I have made so many memories in this restaurant it is like my second home and I am excited to make many more. I highly recommend bringing your friends and family for a satisfying meal.

Pleasantly surprised. Their roles were delicious. This place gets a 5 star because of the staff. Waiter offered to not make the extra rolls we ordered when we realized it was too much food. Food was so good we took them "to go".
