Interesting selection of loaded fries! They also have plain fries and maybe sweet potato fries

Pretty good, pretty expensive but more or less ok for the price. Most of the fries were crisp and they came out very very hot. Would love to see some more options so I will come back here at some point to see how they’ve progressed.

Seems like a pretty nice place.

You can now get the best fries in Dan Diego (no, seriously, they are the best in town) every day at the new Windmill Food Hall in Carlsbad. And seriously, don’t eat them with stupid ketchup, ask for the homemade aioli. They also serve loaded fries or sweet and savory waffles if you are looking for a full meal.

Yummy! The fries were cooked to perfection. Nice crisp in every fry. The Aioli was delicious. Yummy!
Service was good but I deducted a Star because I was watching the guy at the front counter keep smelling my fries. At least his nose didn't touch my fries but just strange to watch someone do that not once but a few times. I even told him that and he said he wanted to make sure there wasn't any truffle in it. Also, he questioned what I ordered after handing me my fries.
