(April 3, 2022, 4:47 pm)We had dinner here last night and I can truly say that the experience was superlative! Excellent Italian food and the service beyond compare! As two women dining alone, we generally receive so-so service 🤷🏻♀️ here was a wonderful experience. That’s what fine dining should be- a wonderful experience! Go, go to Vai Vai and enjoy, Have the Panna Cotta, so silky smooth and delicious!

(March 27, 2022, 9:44 pm)Had a late lunch yesterday. The pasta dishes were absolutely amazing. As with most restaurants at this time not enough employees, so service was not 100%. Didn’t change my mind on this place really great.

(February 11, 2022, 1:47 am)We had an amazing dinner last night. The Carbonara was excellent as well as their pesto. Our server, Aubrey, was attentive and personable. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful meal.

(December 24, 2021, 3:50 am)We had a lovely pre Christmas dinner at Via Vai tonight. First the decor and ambiance was truly a transformation from the prior dark and dank prior establishment. The service was top notch, friendly and informative. The food was fabulous, fresh, the house made pasta and the sauces were flavorful and the presentation was beautiful! I would recommend this place and so happy to have them in the Village! You need to try this new spot.

(December 6, 2021, 4:35 am)We were looking for a place where we could have a light dinner and Via Vai was perfect. Delicious sautéed mussels and clams for me and Caesar Salad with shrimp for my wife. Excellent glasses of wine too. The atmosphere is bright, crisp and inviting with bottles of wine attractively displayed. Best of all are all the staff, who are warm, friendly and enthusiastic. A great experience…thank you!
