Completely packed. But you couldn't tell the staff is very well trained and willing to help customer that just stop them on their way back to the front. They even treat the kids like they are important. The play area was also very well kept.

Love the business model. Courteous, respectful wait staff, great service. The chicken in various formats is good, not great. Would love to see this company up its game by pumping up the flavors.

I Love this location. It always has fresh Carnations at every table. The staff are the friendliest and most accommodating for their guests and the service is always extremely fast. We usually get our food by the time we find a table to sit at and I love all their dipping sauces. The. Chick-fil-A sauce is still the best, but I love the variety if I want to change it up a bit. The music is great too and it's fun to try to determine which Christian song is playing. The playground is great for our kids. I will definitely frequent this place often

Every time we have visited this chain, it has been good. This one was no exception. You walk in on the street floor to order, then take your meal upstairs to dine. It was busy when we were there, but you receive service with a smile and get a good meal. Keep your receipt, it has a code on it to give you access to the bathroom. We had to have some help to figure it out, but the lady was very friendly and helpful.

I love the personal service they offer. It's so nice to be pampered in a fast food. The food is delicious. I recommend this place to everyone, especially to those with children. I went in with my 4 grandchildren. They were so kind to help me set there food up so I could actually eat a hot meal with them.
