    Chilaquiles is the house specialty as the name suggests, many different options all tasteful, located in the Otay Ranch Shopping center at the food court, in front of the Chula Vista Public library branch. Ample free parking.

    I tried this place 3 years ago when it first opened! It was good then and even better now. Small tight space inside works for most mall food court restaurants but this food joint was packed with patrons spilling out to the outside food court seating in chilly weather. The only issue I had was that their potatoes were not warm, but cold.

    I have been a frequent client of Los Chilaquiles for years, today I noticed the change of cooks but it was a delicious experience. the taste, the consistency and the presentation I loved! In addition, the attention that they give to the client is wonderful, they make me feel like a family member. thank you for always thinking about the client and reinventing the changes!
