The Cheesecake Factory

I have had really bad experiences with Cheesecake Factory, but the Cheesecake Factory in Otay Ranch Town Center changed this perspective for me 100%, I visited this location with my family to have lunch and I did not have this type of amazing service before. The food was fresh and delicious, the server named Jenna treated us in a way like we are one of her family. Thank you Jenna, thumb up to her outstanding service, my family appreciates her smile and efforts that changed our feedback towards Cheesecake Factory!

First time ever eating here! This place was the best!! Best food, best ambiance, perfect decor. I WILL definitely be back again!!

Cheesecake Factory Chula Vista location is incredible! My visit at this Cheesecake Factory was an experience that I haven't had in a very long time in a dine-in restaurant.

The menu selection is loaded with pretty much any and everything you can imagine that you would have a taste for, it's on the menu. The cheesecake was phenomenal! It's to die for. But what made my dining experience breathtaking was the level of service I received. The servers were extremely knowledgeable, extremely courteous, welcoming, and made sure that I was taken care of. Not sure what Cheesecake Factory is doing with their training, but it speaks volumes. So if you are planning on dining at Cheesecake Factory at Chula Vista, ask for Justin or Robert and you will have a great experience for sure!

they're always friendly and the food is good. They are always busy but if you're willing to sit outside you can be seated usually in less than 5 minutes. The only thing I don't like about this place is that if you do decide to sit outside there's no lighting except for a small candle on your table that is more for show than light.

I was impressed yet again. The prices are great and the food was made with attention to detail. I'm glad I took my sisters and mother to eat there. Will he back. I can still taste the keylime pie... I feel like Homer Simpson drooling.
