    After clarifying that I wanted a side of bacon added to a country scrambler plate (because the initial order on the screen was incorrect) I still didn't get it. When I discovered approximately an hour later that it was missing I tried to call many times and no one answers. The omission of ordered side items seems to be an epidemic at JITB. This is an update to the above review; After an unpleasant visit to a JITB on 3rd Ave a few days ago I left an unfavorable review. I also contacted JITB corporate. I am happy to report that Guest Relations Specialist Jared contacted me and advised me that steps would be taken to prevent a repeat negative experience. He also sent meal coupons for which I am immensely grateful. My faith is restored in JITB.

    It was very busy & not enough staff on hand. But they were friendly & doing the best they could to expedite the orders

    I haven't been to a Jack In The Box in over 2 years and noticed that when the server came to our table to give us our food he didn't bring it in trays but in baskets as in the style of a delicatessen. It was very impressive.
    All in all, though, I still don't prefer Jack In The Box because the food is a little more greasier. We only went because it was more convenient.

    We were greeted when we walked through the door and our order was promptly taken. Our food was brought to us with all the condiments we asked for. The food was so hot and tasty! My kids were happy campers and as we were leaving, we thanked them for awesome service and they thanked us for coming in.
