Third Avenue Alehouse

This is an excellent place to hang out and enjoy a variety of beer. The bar tenders deserve 5 stars. This place is dinged for unreliable food trucks or other options if the food truck doesn't show up. At least gets some chips and salsa.

Nice atmosphere with good beer. Very chill and relaxing. It would be nice to have a live band like other breweries on this street. Overall, good variety of beer and a good place to relax.

I had to update this review, because they've gotten better since opening. Also, with all the newer bars around here, this is a great go-to place. Nice atmosphere, good selection, good vibes. Usually there's a food truck in the back patio, which varies day to day.
2 years ago: It's still new, and I see chances for improvement. Prices are a bit high, but selection is pretty good. Their taps aren't labeled, so they occasionally pour the wrong drink. One time I asked to try three different drinks and they were all wrong (ambers and Irish reds aren't clear/yellow). Food trucks are nice, but they are not always there, or leave early. They should consider having a kitchen.

Super mellow bar vibe. I enjoyed the pomegranate cider and my husband tried 3 or 4 of their beers. Really enjoyed just hanging out, playing a game and meeting some of the other patrons. Also-super important was how great the service was!!!
