La Taquiza

I used La Taquiza Catering for a client's Grand Opening Party and we were very impressed with them.

Initially, they were very helpful on the phone. We went with them because they had a good price and they also have insurance and a health permit, which is a big plus when you are serving to the public.

Another impressive part of working with them is that we doubled our order at the last minute and they were able to accommodate us (from 50 people to 100 people).

On the day of the event they arrived on time, setup on time and served for the full length of time. They were very warm and inviting to our customers and encouraged them to go into the store to check it out when they are done eating.

We had pollo asado (chicken) tacos, carne asada (beef) tacos, adobado (pork) tacos, quesadillas, beans and rice along with all of the fixing.

My only small complaint is that they didn't have extra foil pans for us to take the leftovers, but we were able to come up with something.

I would definitely use La Taquiza again and would definitely recommend them to friends.
