Chipotle Mexican Grill

I'm a regular customer for Chipotle, mainly this one on Otay lake. Two days ago I went and ordered my regular veggie bowl to go and went home to realize that the payment didn't go through. Today I went back to do the payment but the staff said not to worry about it and that they see me very often there. It's never about the money for me, but these actions from them are truly and highly appreciated and respected. Definitely gives a motive to go back to this place. Thank you for you great hospitality :)

Fast and easy to order. Staff friendly. All in order. Just a little bland.

Im not a big fan of chipotle I just feel like I can get better food for same bank but they def got great service for sure. They treated me like a king

I eat here all the time and they have always given the absolute best customer service. Today they went above and beyond. I went in there counting out change to pay for my food. They told me it was okay that today it was on them. And gave me my money back and gave me the burrito as well. I couldn't believe it I was brought to tears. This Chipotle showed some serious human kindness. I am truly grateful and will never forget. I will definitely recommend Chipotle especially the one on Otay lakes road to everyone. You guys are awesome, thank-you so much.
