(June 20, 2020, 8:37 pm)Had 3 mini tacos. Carne asada, adobada and carnitas. Tasted good, very generous portions for mini tacos. Jamaica was on point. Only problem was; Big beautiful new menu outside prices, did not reflect prices charged. Menu said $1.99 for mini tacos. Was charged 2.50$ per taco. When I asked why, worker pointed to hand made sign on window saying prices went up because of Covid 19.
As much as I understand costs going up because of Covid, a .49$ jump at price per taco is a big jump. Customers should be given the choice of wanting to pay the heightened prices before ordering, instead of being informed after they order and present payment.
Note: I would include plastic utensils with to go orders, and wonderful tacos deserve more than 2 TINY lemon wedges....
