SHAKE & MUDDLE

We eat here a lot and have never been disappointed. The service is always good, they are friendly and always have a smile on their face. The food is always delicious. I haven't tried anything I didn't like there. I especially love their boom boom shrimp, salmon and ribeye. The only complaint would be once in a while the drinks take a little longer than normal but it's not everytime.
I highly recommend Shake and Muddle, it's a great addition to the Chula Vista community.

This place was AWESOME! I wanted something tasty but not too heavy, and they had a perfect happy hour menu (it's only available in the bar area though) - I got the mac and cheese octopus (yes, you read that right) and it was phenomenal! And for me, the perfect portion for a light dinner. Unfortunately I didn't get a drink, but the bartender, Jeff, was very friendly and knowledgeable, remembered my name after only asking once, and had some great recommendations! I hope to be back again!

I drove by and tried this place out after seeing the banner a few times. For this 4 course meal the featured items are; pork rib nachos, grilled octopus with a jalapeno hummus, a bison burger, and Churro donuts with a strawberry compote and a caramel sauce compliment. It was all delicious! The octopus was soft and crunchy all at once. The nachos were hardy and had the perfect thin cut potatoes for a different nacho experience. The burger was on point and had some type of spicy sauce which I love. Finally, the Churros were perfect! This restaurant has been open for only a few weeks. The decor and the service is great. I see it being a hidden gem in the South Bay for the near future.
