Taco Lounge Escaya

This is not in any way a knock on the fact that the Fish Tacos and Grilled Shrimp were tasty but in regards to the overall experience. When we walked in, we were not welcomed to their restaurant nor did they thank us on the way out. Below are a few things we noticed that need some attention:
-Food isn’t brought to the table
-Straws for bottles (if you need to use one) are too short
-Music was a touch too much for conversation
-Bottled Soda cost way overpriced
-Napkins are of low quality, napkins should be thick especially when eating food with your hands
-Poor / Lack of any customer service

Lastly, the overall cost of food for what we got is way overboard. I have given thought on cost of food for the restaurant but it’s definitely a no go to me, the customer. I think this is a convenient place for everyone nearby but the cost and lackluster experience we leave those foodies like us begging for a better experience! We thank you for the tasty food but we will not be repeat customers. I have attached a copy of our receipt…I beg you to give thought to cost

Nice shop that has finally opened. Nice interior design with a good amount of interior seating and plenty of seating outdoors in a separate designated seating area. The food was good. Parking is much better than the other lounge location just a few miles away. Wait time for the food was just a bit long on our particular visit.

Fantastic grilled shrimp tacos. Amazing view of surrounding hills. A beautiful, expansive park across the street.
