    I had Broccoli cheddar soup, it was good it was served hot. You should talk to the Manager at the Grossmont mall panera, they serve the soup cold and say nothing they can do.

    I go out of my way to go to THIS location just to see Mary. She is so sweet, attentive, helpful and genially a happy woman. She always greats us and makes sure we are satisfied. Food is always fresh and delicious & this place is clean and well taken care of. BEST Service!
