I've eaten there four times since the switch from Kips. They are great! So far I've only gotten the BBQ sandwich for $5 and I got the soup, both on special. Same great ambiance, maybe even better. I'll be back. More specials please! Either way I'll be back. Also, a wider alcohol selection would be nice.

Fabulous addition to El Cajon! I love it for the Vietnamese Pho (soup) -- the best I've had in San Diego. Also deserving mention are the hefty egg rolls, and I have a thing for the fried tofu -- and this from someone who doesn't eat fried foods. The ambience is charming and the outside patio is charming if intimate. Also they serve popular Chinese dishes.

Ate here for the first time with my girlfriend and we both had the rare pho and had Thai tea boba. Both were excellent and full of flavor. We ordered take out at the restaurant and it came out quickly. Like they told us on the way out, I also recommend microwaving the broth when you get home if you order the rare steak.

I'm always on the lookout for good Vietnamese food in the area and this place definitely hits the spot. Make sure you try out the beef pho - the broth is delicious! Banh Mi was fresh and meat they use is from the grill - makes it soo flavorful!!
