Breakfast Republic

I have been here a couple of times now and there is always something not quite right with my meal. Either the food is not warm enough or I have gotten the wrong order. The flavors are good it just lacks that extra something to make it great.

Great breakfast restaurant in Encinitas. I had been there a year ago and this time I was glad to see vegan dishes on the menu. I ordered the soy chorizo with mung bean "egg" scramble. It was so delicious and of a very generous size, too. Unfortunately, they didn't have any whole grain pancakes or I would have ordered them, too, their toppings looked so appealing. The rest of the table loved their meals, too. I will return every time I'm in town.

Solid breakfast place. Food comes out pretty quick, service is good, plenty of seating and easy parking. The food options were good. Who doesn't like breakfast?! :)

We stopped by this place on the way home from a weekend trip to San Diego and really enjoyed it! It was super busy when we were there (Sunday morning, of course it was busy), but the staff was friendly and the food was great. I had chilaquiles, and my partner had the Flight of 3 pancakes. We both left full and happy. We'll definite be back.

A different kind of breakfast served here more than your ordinary scrambled egg. The service was amazing. I ordered the Portuguese sausage scramble and it was amazing. A must try if you haven't been here.
