A summer opening is planned for the Puffer Malarkey Collective’s expansion of its successful Herb & Wood Little Italy concept to North County. The 6,500-square-foot restaurant will open inside a 1920s-era art deco building that is being restored with a New England lighthouse-inspired theme.
