    Best customer service ever. Last week we ordered a sandwhich without horseradish but they made a mistake and put it in. Not only did they replace that sandwich today they didn't charge a penny for the entire food. This is amazing service, I wish there were more companies that did this. This is a reflection of a good management team! Furthermore, its whats going to keep me as a customer forever. Thank you Panera and your team.
