Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Service was great here!! Very friendly and attentive staff. Impressive considering how busy they we're. My issue was mostly the food. I got the Royal Red Robin burger as Iove fried eggs on my hamburger. It's made with hardwood-smoked bacon, egg, American cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and mayo. Sounded good so that's what I ordered but when I got it it was about as greasy a burger as I've ever eaten. Don't know if it was because the kitchen was busy or what but I won't be getting that again

The chicken in my sandwich was rubbery and didn't taste good. The server took it away and brought my choice of replacement, right away. A manager made her way over to apologize and asked if she could do anything else for me. They took the meal off of my bill and didn't charge me for my replacement. Excellent service. Very friendly and courteous. I will definitely return.

Very good food! I honestly think I had the best burger I have ever had! The burger I had was El Ranchero, and it was amazing! It had Jalapeno ranch, crispy onion straws, candied bacon, barbecued ketchup, cheese, tomato, shredded romaine, and then it came with a side of bottomless fries, but for $1.49 more I chose to get the sweet potato fries and they were incredible! To drink I ordered the strawberry lemonade and that also was superior, it actually was filled with strawberries, and it tasted amazing! This is my first time there, and the only negative thing I would say is that we got there much longer than the table next to us, but our food came much later.

Decent burgers served quickly at a reasonable price. The all you can eat sides put it in the OK value side in my opinion, just make sure you order your fries crispy. Not nearly as good as Burger Bench on Grand, but good for what it is, a big chain burger place at shopping malls.

I love the menu here... tons of options and lots of ways to make your meal healthier and fewer calories. (Bottomless broccoli or salad!) I have found the staff here to be very friendly... can be a little slow when they are busy but that’s to be expected. I especially love all the chicken options in addition to the great burgers, and they have a good loyalty club as well. Nice spot to take the kids!
