    Bad customer service. Waited for food then told it was out and if I wanted something else. Manager was pretty rude.

    Never had a single problem with KFC. I order a family meal there at least once a month, and maybe have lunch there once a month. The staff is always nice and they have never gotten my order wrong, not once! This includes this location as well as the location on Nordahl.

    This is the best KFC I have ever been to. They are fast efficient and tasty.

    I think the chicken bowls are good but my friend didn't like it. We got their biscuits and they are excellent!!!! We went through the drive thru and the person wasn't very friendly or had a smile on her face. So, not very good customer service!!
