    I love eating here, their food is delicious & they give you nice size portions

    This used to be my "go to" taco shop in Escondido. It's been years since I last went, so I drove there to reminisce the good old days.

    I ordered a carne asada burrito, rolled tacos, and a drink.

    This place has a nice salsa bar as well as drinks on tap like horchata, jamaica, and even orange bang! They have 4 salsas to choose from, radishes, hot carrots, limes, and many other treats.

    I was disappointed however. The salsa recipes were different, and not what I remembered. Also, the meat in both the rolled tacos and the burrito had no flavor, and was dry.

    Everything else about the place was the same as I remember it. It's a good place to eat, but I can't call it my favorite anymore.

    Food is okay taste wise. Meat was a bit overdone. They have a mini salsa bar. Great drink selection. Restrooms let's just not talk about that...place is about bit run down but cheap food, okay taste, and friendly service.
