Dave's Hot Chicken

Not impressed at all.. I’m not sure why this place is so raves about.. the chicken isn’t anything special it’s all in the spices which aren’t that enjoyable.. we ordered dine in and they have us our food in to go containers.. so then I had to ask for a plate and it was all so stupid such a rapt experience.. the chicken is just a giant tender that is so u proportion to the sand which.. macaroni was bland and the fries were just that.. fried. No seasoning nothing special.. this is a joke .. the art inside was cool but that’s all they have going for them.

We stopped by Dave's Hot Chicken on a Saturday night around 8 pm. The shop wasn't very busy so there was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available. We ordered a #3 which included 1 tender, 1 slider, and fries. We did the tender mild and slider no spice. The chicken was very moist and tender. However, I thought the flavoring on the tender was interesting. It almost seemed to have a curry flavor to it, which wasn't bad but unexpected. The fries were fine. I didn't like Dave's sauce. I thought it was too acidic. Overall, I thought the chicken itself was good but I wasn't a fan of the chicken flavoring or the dipping sauce so I'm not sure I would come back.

Yummmmy! I like the mild and my son likes the extra spicy. The chicken was juicy and hot. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We will be back!

1st time. I have to say that it's very good. I chose the lil mild chicken slider and fries. Very well seasoned! Make sure you get extra pickles (Bomb) crispy garlic deli sliced. A bit expensive but worth every penny.

Accessibility: there is one accessible/handicap parking spot directly in front of the building, but other than that the parking situation is very hectic and busy in a parking lot shared with many other businesses. It's honestly a dangerous set up regarding parking because you have to cross a busy street inside the parking lot to get to the entrance and cars drive easy too fast. Inside, all flat ground, wheelchair accessible tables, chairs, and restroom. Only one restroom available though.

Experience: food was good, wait wasn't long, but wow I would never eat inside again because the music was so blaring loud. I could not hear the person sitting next to me when they were talking. This was almost like a bar or club setting regarding the music. I asked them to turn it down and they were very nice, turning it down a few notches, but they told me that was the "vibe" of the place so they really couldn't turn it down more. I still could not hear my friend so we had to yell at each other then leave to finish talking outside. I recommend only getting food to go from this place.
