Village Roots Deli & Taproom

First time here while in the area. We ordered the whipped goat cheese and olives starter, the Vegan BLT, and Veggie Melt sandwiches. For drinks, we ordered Ironfire's tropical tiki brew and a white blend from a local Fallbrook winery.
The food was delicious, and the drinks were refreshing.
The atmosphere is very nice and the service was great.

What a lovely addition to old town fallbrook!! The owner and all of the staff are super friendly and attentive. The space doesn’t have any outdoor seating for pups but there is usually plenty of space for small and large groups.

I’d recommend this spot for a quick drink or a bite to eat! My go to is the roast beef dip- absolutely insane. I always add the caramelized beer onions with a side salad and it’s the perfect dinner in both warm and cold weather.

This place features a lot of beer and cider but also has some local wines which is a nice option! Not a spot for cocktails if that’s your jam.

Overall I love it here! Super friendly and a quality and reliable place to eat and drink.

GREAT sandwiches here, very fresh and extremely flavorful. The vegan options are wonderful and extra tasty. Try the vegan coconut bacon, it's crunchy sweet and savory. The turkey is killer as well, fresh roasted and tastes like Thanksgiving!! Also the bread is the icing on the cake, crunchy and fluffy! Village Roots is perfection! So happy they are apart of our community, please go and enjoy!!!

We visited this new little gem @ the corner of Main and Hawthorne for 2cnd time last Thursday and again enjoyed very delicious food and drink... I highly recommend both the bruschetta and the honey whipped goat cheese w/ grilled toasts...YUM! Even better, ALL the servers are sweet and attentive... refreshing! Can't wait to see new food offerings as time goes by.

Friendly Village in full effect here! Cozy, warm feeling, and still a quality taproom vibe. Non-alcoholic drinks are my thing, so I appreciate the sodas from local makers like Swell from San Diego. They serve a soft food menu for now, and have a variety of beers and wines (no hard spirits which helps avoid over competing with Harry’s down the block).
