(May 21, 2019, 7:14 pm)Phil’s BBQ is a considered the best barbecue in San Diego. This location inside Petco Park only open whenever there’s a Padres game is efficiency at its best, I recently was there for an order of fries. Fitz and the staff handled the order in 15 seconds served on a very nice paper plate. I was also told the ketchup can be found 10 feet from the counter. I would suggest other food vendors at Petco Park check Phil’s system, for taking an order and see how they get the food to their customers so quickly. I’ll be back. ***UPDATE*** I did go back and had a Pulled Pork Sandwich with Coleslaw on the side ( I was told people like it on the sandwich) with Fries on the side. It was outstanding!!! The service was consistent with my last visit. Shout out again to Fitz and the other great coworkers.
