Carlito's Chicken

I never heard of this place before and found it hidden by the donut shop. so i try it out. Its 7 at night and only order the carne asada burrito and enjoying how kindly i am greeted. While making the burrito, the owner comes by to verify how i liked it to ensure the order is correct and how i want it, so im not sure what the previous review is taking about. Im pretty sure they would have remade the meat if asked. When i ate the burrito, it was great. They seasoned the meat nicely, which not many places do. I would definately go back to this place to try their other foods, looked good, but cant eat that much food. As of now, this is my place in the oceanside area im going to go to for food.

Been going here since the 1980s. Hidden gem. Food is always excellent and excellent value + quality. Great selection of dishes also.

Great food, great customer service, great salsa. What else is there?

This place never lets me down, chicken is always delicious and the salsas like i like them. Been coming here for years, i bring family and friends and they all love it. The owners are very nice people and have great service.
