So we have been here 4 or more times. Food and service is always very good. Their menu was way better than I expected to be. Pancakes are all on point! Omelets are so so good and the service is very good as well.

We like to go to this place with the kids for breakfast but every time the hash browns are under cooked and crunchy. When we asked for french fries instead (we prefer not eat them but when the kids are hungry you have to get them something quick) they smelled like tortilla chips. My 9 year old asked me why the french fries smell and taste like tortilla chips.
I guess the place uses the same oil to fry both and the smell gets into everything (Not a good thing)

The poached eggs on the Benedict are supposed to be runny, that's what a poached egg is supposed to be, but every time the eggs are medium (no yolk running down the Benedict) , so it gets to be a problem as a 3 year old does not have the patience to wait for eggs to be done right.

Very nice service after all. All the people working there are very courteous and nice but the issue is with the quality of the food. We get out for breakfast to pay 5 times more than if cooked at home so we can have a good experience, good food and not having to do anything and it ends up that we pay for really bad food that is not even finished.

Hope you focus more on the quality of the food. A restaurant should not only serve food, but good food, as soon no one will be back to just eat whatever is served.

Good luck in improving, would love to come back and be pleasantly surprised.

Great atmosphere, clean and light. Large windows and nice booths or tables. The wait is pretty long on weekends, but there is some delicious food here. Great for kids as well, servers are kind, considerate and friendly. The servings are pretty big.

Tasty food and very filling. I got the breakfast special 2 eggs, with crispy bacon, grilled potatoes, toast and coffee for under 10. About 6 choices on the specials menu. I hope they keep this special going. Clean and nicely decorated. Very good service and roomy seating.
