Benito's Pizza Cafe

Food was amazing...service was GREAT!!! When we come back to oceanside it will definitely be on the list of dinner nights. Best deep dish..and cheese bread and wings and salad..

Stopped in here after learning that the place we wanted to go was closed down. Sad that the other restaurant closed, but so happy we found Benitos. I am literally craving their pizza as I am writing this review. It is so good. They offer several options for the crust too. Crunchy and yummy. I have a feeling I’ll be stopping in within the next couple of days.

They said the owner or manager was out of town till Saturday so the menu options were extremely limited. We got up and left. We would love to give them another try if we ever get back down here. Yes, it would have been nice if they would have told us up front of the lack of menu items. Good luck! Update... Went back to give Benito's another chance. It was very good! We had the Detroit style deep dish pizza and fettuccine. Both were very good. Our server, Joseph, was great. Definitely worth changing our review to 5 stars.

Had another excellent pizza at Benito’s tonight. The food is always good. Over the last several months we have been trying the different sandwiches too - all good and fresh. Marsha (wife) always gets salad too and the veggies always are so fresh they seem fresh picked. I usually pass on the salad ?. ?? Had some extra pizza left and will eat it during the week. We like the extra large deep dish. The cheese strings out.....you know it’s good.

I give this a 5 stars all around. I'm surprised there was only 1 person on a Saturday night but it was perfect because we had the kiddos with us. We went to have pizza and ended up getting a couple drinks and it was great! Food was good, drinks were excellent, and the price was very, very good. Not overpriced at ALL. I kinda don't want to say how great it is so it doesn't get too busy, but it deserves it!
