El Ranchito Taco Shop

Great service and food! We eat there A LOT! ???? Their rolled tacos with shredded beef are delicious and the flautas. Everything they make is top quality!

I've lived in Poway 36 years and had been going here for 35 years. Was and STILL the BEST taco place anywhere San Diego. Still in the same place. Had outlived every single store in this strip mall. So many taco places had come and gone, but this place can't be beat. When friends and relatives come to visit from all over the USA, they always have to get their favorites from here.

Stopped her for breakfast and had the machaca plate. It was on point! Rice and beans were really good too. Great salsa bar complete with radishes! Yum!

This was the first taco shop I ever went to. I was 12, it was when K Mart was still there. And I swear their food tastes the same as it did 34 years ago! Really good hot sauce, nice and hot, but not scorching. Friendly service. Fast. Great food! Clean place. This is the bean and cheese burrito, the same thing I had 34 years ago. Huge portions. In Poway El Ranchito is hands down the best. I don't live in town any more, but I come back every year and I make sure to stop by this place. I have to pass 13 other taco shops to get here, that's how great they are!

Always good food and friendly fast service. We eat there at least once a week. The best Mexican food in town.
