Chick-fil-A Poway

Even thou the food at chicken fil a is always good this place unfortunately doesn't give a good impression. Seems need maintenance or some kind of boost up in decoration, it's dark, and doesn't seem welcoming.

The night we were here was interesting... I've never seen a Chick-fil-A that was in such a state of shambles.

The staff was wonderful as always and our food was great. They forgot a couple things from our order, but we were eating in so it wasn't a big deal.
Tons of patrons that night and it showed in the cleanliness of the restaurant sadly.

The food is great. Staff is friendly. The only complaint I have is that when you order inside it takes way too long to get your order. It’s much faster to go through the Drive thru and get your order and bring it in if you don’t want to eat in your vehicle. That’s just ridiculous in my experience with other restaurants in this chain.

I enjoy coming here for their children’s play area. It’s never too packed and my child always has fun. The staff seem nice but service was slow the times that I have visited.
