I only wish they had dedicated gluten free options because I can't eat here myself anymore- due to my Celiac's. The dining area is clean and the drive through is normally pretty fast. The bathrooms could be kept cleaner but overall Mananas is a good choice if you are in Ramona or passing through.

Their chicken is outstanding, and their tortillas rival those that are homemade in the heart of Mexico. This is the first time I've ever written a review for any restaurant, that's how amazing this food is.

(October 21, 2018, 6:13 am)My kids all time favorite Mexican restaurant in Ramona. They love the breakfast burrito and the Cali Burrito most. I have loved their chili verde platter and fajitas salad. The pickled carrots you can get on the side are absolutely fabulous. Overall, our favorite place to eat in our hometown!
