Amazing Uighur hospitality. Run by a wonderful family.

Went to this place for lunch on a Saturday afternoon and was a little disappointed especially given the reviews they have. The food wasn't spicy at all as I expected.
Ordered the Laghman, which was basically plain noodles mixed with lamb and vegetables. And they are served separately, so you are supposed to be the one to mix them up!
Also the Plov, which is rice cooked with lamb and carrots, turned out to be... sweet?
The restaurant has an elegant decor and you'll hear what seemed like Arabic songs in the background. Service wasn't great I would say, especially since water was never served, and it took ages for the food to arrive. Though the staff was friendly and obliged us with extra curd, probably the best item I had here.

Kroran is great, the place is clean, the service is friendly, and they have a lot of variety of yummy foods that are filling and taste amazing. Lastly the prices are very reasonable! Two thumbs for Kroran!

Good food. A kind of hybrid menu of food that is half Chinese and half Turkish. The group l was with ordered four entrees and we all shared so I tried a little of everything and I liked it all. The staff was friendly and at one point the chef /manager came by and answered some questions we had about what ingredients to use to prepare a similar dish.
