Love this place but it can be inconsistent, especially with the sushi. So, one star off for that, but I still eat here all the time and highly recommend it. The salt and pepper is the best dish ever; get it with crispy shrimp (if you're not gluten free) or fried tofu (if you are) - SO GOOD! The dynamite and TJ rolls are also my favorite.
Tonight I called and asked if they have any orange chicken in their cold case up front. She said they didn't but they would make me a special order, which they don't usually do. It was delicious and the wait time was very minimal. Sarah was so nice!
Go on Friday or Saturday or after 5pm for their sushi. It's to die for delicious. There's a reason the Dynamite is claimed to be a favorite on their memu - try it and you won't regret it!
Love this place. Parking is tricky in North Park not so much in Clairemont. I will happily eat anything here. Peanut butter cups are the best!
