This is an excellent restaurant! The lamb stews are my absolute favorite and the Afghan ice cream is a fantastic dessert. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall place, so you know it'll be good! The prices are a bit expensive to eat here all the time, but it is always a good choice for special occasions or date night. The staff are also fantastic - even though I can only go every few months, they always remember me and we catch up on the happenings of the past few months. A truly one-of-a-kind place that I cannot recommend enough.

Absolutely the best food always. So happy that I tried Pamir. Consistently awesome. Superb friendly family service that obviously takes pride in every dish. Highly recommend

Excellent! Went for a birthday. The chicken kabob was delicious. Lamb with cherry rice is always wonderful. Also lamb with apricot, really good. Although these dishes have a sweetness, it's from the fruit, and not sugary. Also tried the cherry blossom tea and highly recommend. One can have it hot but we got it cold. Made with milk and cardamom, very refreshing. Have been here a few times, and look forward to coming back!

This place is a gem! The experience was first rate across the board - great service, authentic food, and wonderful atmosphere. As the food goes the cornish hen, lamb stew with cherries, and the okra were especially worth noting. I brought a large group here from work (about 12 people) and they handled our crowd graciously and expertly as everyone at the table was reveling in what was, for them, a completely new cuisine. Bravo!

Went with a group of friends for a birthday party. Terrific food but way too expensive. Had grilled chicken breast and vegetables but was way too expensive. However I had to go to the chicken and congratulate the staff because this was the best tasting and the best cooked chicken in my whole life, 73 years long!!!
