Supernatural Sandwiches

I had this once as takeout and it was amazing even 30 minutes old. I decided to try it fresh today and it didn't disappoint. I had the Aphrodite, which is grilled cheese, shrimp, bacon and tomatoes. My kids had the kids' grilled cheese and had bacon added to it. They loved it. The prices are reasonable as well. Lunchtime on a Monday wasn't too crowded.

Visited this place on a rainy Saturday afternoon. Wasn't too crowded. Sandwiches were good. Nothing fancy. Ordered the Minotaur and the Siren garlic shrimp. Both came loaded with melted cheese. All ingredients including the meat, shrimp, tomatoes, and lettuce were quite fresh. The sandwiches would have been great to go with ranch but was disappointed that they have no sauces available. Only ketchup. Nevertheless, was a good lunch stop overall.

This is easily the best sandwich place in San Diego in terms of deliciousness and cost. It's gonna cost $10 at least for a sandwich. The Phoenix and lobster roll are not going to let you down. Always get the fries.

The people are friendly and attentive. The food is well made just not my style. I don't eat much fish or spicy food. Thought I found something in the pork belly sandwich but it still was spicy. My coworkers loved it though.

Absolutely delicious. I had the Kirin- shrimp and Chinese sausage- and I would definitely eat it again... if their other sandwiches weren't so tempting! And the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The place itself was, too- very laid back and casual with a slightly nautical atmosphere that wasn't silly. Great for kids and adults- I'll definitely be back!
