Ocean Beach Pier Cafe

Went to this place with my family after a memorial service on the pier to celebrate my Aunt's life. I've been going to this restaurant for three restaurant name changes and I have never had a bad meal, service or view. On this occasion, our server was so attentive and sweet once he knew our reason for being there. He actually hugged us on the way out. This restaurant has the most amazing views of the water as you eat and open all the windows during beautiful weather so you can enjoy every minute of it. Two thumbs up!

This is right on the pier so if you feel peckish and want to eat this is the only restaurant on the pier. We got the fish and chips which were made fresh. The fish was nice and crispy, although the one criticism I have is that there is just a little too much breading, but otherwise fantastic.

This was an excellent little place to stop in for quick bite while strolling on the pier. The fish & chips and rolled tacos were tasty and the servings plentiful. The service was efficient and the staff were helpful. The location is outstanding, with the ocean all around you. Prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it!

Really clean for a public pier. Longest on the West Coast and you can see just about everything. Even fireworks on the pier from Sea World across the bay during the summer. The Walking On Water Cafe is awesome. Great food, great prices, amazing views to eat in the pier inside or outside, and super friendly and courteous staff. Over all...a 5 star from me.
