Mariscos German

I tried this place because I read an article saying this was a top 100 food truck in America. I’m not so sure about that though. The consomè was so-so. To be honest, I didn’t like it. But maybe everything isn’t for me. I tried the marlin, shrimp and fish tacos and they weren’t great to me. I think it’s because they used basic bland batter on their fish.

I will say the guy working the counter was friendly. Steak taco was pretty good. Stead Quesadilla was ok. Prices seem very high for what you get. The lunch truck itself, the parking lot and the surrounding area doesn't seem clean or sanitary. I wouldn't be in any hurry to go back and I can't recommend. This truck seems to focus heavily on fish and seafood Mexican food.

Best seafood by far... a hidden little gem in a food truck ... I live over a 100 miles away, from now on I will try to come visit whenever I'm out in San diego... superbly made seafood tacos tostadas and all that good stuff... massive portions and great price.... go try it out.. it will not disappoint...
