Great food but at Check Out they hate giving Soy sauce packets, looks bad for a Place that Sells like Crazy

I am a very very picky eater and I go there so much it's like we are family. They know who I am, the know what I eat and how I like my food prepared without arguing. I spend 50-70 dollas each time they need to bring back the club card? The one where if you coming or order alot you get a free meal after 5-7 purchases card? I did have a small issue with one of the servers I had to discontinue him from making my plate but Michelle the manager stepped right in that finish my large order of 6 plates for six picky eaters. I got home,food was good,we happy, and we went to sleep. Now that's a meal!

I love this spot. I frequestly order food from here and I am fully impressed. Its fast food, but they still treat it like food. It is tasty, made well and presented with care. The customer service is absolutely wonderful as well, the 1 time I had any reason to say anything it was handled with professionalism that went above and beyond normal everyday "clerk fix". I am very impressed.
