Everything we had was really tasty. The rice pot dishes were especially good.

Authentic Japanese food. Amazing selection of dishes. The sashimi was fresh and the portions are big. The staff is friendly and fast.

Really delicious traditional Japanese fare served up in an unassuming diner located in a corner portion of a large strip mall. Amazing lunch menu served from 11:30AM to 5PM. I got the curry with pork cutlet off the lunch menu which came with miso soup and a salad. Both accoutrement was great although not very large or filling. The curry came with a massive portion of rice and curry and the pork cutlet was cooked well but a little bit too chewy for my taste. My friend got a mackerel off the lunch which also looked quite good. Staff very friendly and the pricing is reasonable. Not a bad spot to grab a quick bite during lunch and their happy hour pricing is also quite nice.

I love this place. The staff is super friendly, the food is delicious, and prices are good. The lunch specials are an especially good deal. I love that they have Studio Ghibli movies playing on the TV above the bar, too.

It’s also perfect if you’re solo. Lots of counter seating and small tables. I’ve come here many times just to get away from the office and have a delicious and pleasant lunch away from everything.

All the food we had was delicious, EXCEPT the oysters. I've never had a bad oyster until tonight. I had to guzzle my beer to get rid of that nasty taste. Good prices, good food, lovely atmosphere, good service. Just don't the fresh (not so fresh really) oysters, then you'll be good.
