I don't even live close to this location, but I frequent this CPK for the food and service. While you can totally bring the family here, I've always enjoyed it with good friends and adult beverages. The appetizers are shareable and the wine list is extensive.
The dinner experience was wonderfull here..this restaurant is huge with very comfortable seatings ..even tho the shop was crowded the staff dint take longer time to attend us..friendly and courteous service ..listened well and accomodated to our changes very well..thier barley soup was amazing and i very well knew its going to be my comfort food from that day..they gave kids ice cream sundae for 99 cents which was a steal..the pizza was good too..eager to try out the other crusts they offer soon..wish they were little bit closer to where we live..
What is better than fresh food ( pizza, salads, and great desserts) in a clean, casual setting? It is an open environment, modern / stylish, with lots of sunlight pouring in. Booths or the bar (no wait). This place never disappoints. It is great to be back in Calif. to enjoy CPK! Try it!
Update: we went again and had their pizza with a cauliflower crust (amazing, delicious, no carb, healthy option that looks like and tastes like regular dough) and the Grilled Veggie salad with your choice of protein (salmon, chicken, shrimp...), and we ordered the 'BBQ wings' made with cauliflower (by accident ) and everyone - including a foodie / chef-type - was blown away!
Nice selection of "mocktails," and alcohol drinks.
Excellent food, good parking, friendly staff. We also received a military discount with proper I. D., of course. It was a very nice experience.
Often crowded and slow for dinner. There is a good variety on the menu. And they have good non-alcoholic drink options. The new short rib Mac and cheese was great. Most entrees are pretty expensive though.
