Santouka Ramen (Mitsuwa Market)

This restaurant is located within Mitsuwa Marketplace. It is an exciting spot to dine before or after your shopping or simply to enjoy their ramen. There is a display window to show you what all their orders and combination platters look like. My friend highly recommended this place and I'm so glad she did. I got the traditional ramen with salmon/fish roe combination on the side. It was so good that I finished every bit of it, even the whole entire bowl of soup, which never happened before. The portion was so filling and soup wasn't heavy at all. Some places their bone broth can be too heavy and savory that makes it overwhelming and hard to finish. This place the broth was amazing and I'm already thinking when I can go back to try other items.

Good vegan ramen. I do love the broth but it does need added spice to be really good. Not as good as Mensho but Mensho's is ridiculously good. I liked the veggie dumplings a lot too and could eat those all day.

Great chewy noodles and flavorful broth. Good ramen eats in an area of hit or miss.

Good location for tasty Ramen. I love snacking here. The staff was very kind and attentive. Atmosphere is similar to a cafe in San Jose I loved.

ramen at this place - excellent. Definitely one of the best places in the area. Really nothing but good experiences here. It has an awesome atmosphere.
